The Meadows now offers two wedding packages with no Site Fee or Service Charge.

Traditional Package- 6 Hour Event

Located at the entrance to Stonington Borough, The Meadows is exclusively yours for the day and offers:

  • A beautiful site for a ceremony and photographs
  • Large covered patio for cocktails & refreshments
  • Cozy fire pit on the lawn overlooking the meadows
  • Our elegant Ballroom along with gold chiarvi chairs, dance floor and central bar
  • Your choice from a Gourmet Dinner: Market Table for cocktail hour, Salad, Choice of 2 dinner entrees and accompaniments
  • Wedding Cake & Champagne Toast

$110 per person

Saturday Weddings – 100 person minimum (Holidays- add $10 per person)
Friday and Sunday Weddings – 50 person minimum (Holidays- add $10 per person)

Other Services:
Wedding Ceremony & Rehearsal – your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony includes chairs, rehearsal time: $750
Event Coordinator – Rehearsal and day of the Event assistance: $450

Optional Services:
In-house DJ, Rehearsal Dinners, After-hours Parties, Photobooth, Photography, Videography, Florist.

 

Modern Package- 3 Hour Event

  • A beautiful site for a ceremony and photographs
  • Large covered patio for cocktails & refreshments
  • Cozy fire pit on the lawn overlooking the meadows
  • Our Beautiful Garden Room with it’s stunning Bridal Suite & Groom changing room with a separate entrance
  • Wedding Cake & Champagne Toast

Sunday through Friday- $69 per person, 35 people minimum, includes Ceremony Fee

Basic Full Bar Package
